You can file your Wyoming small claims suit in the county where your contractor lives.
To start small claims lawsuit in Wyoming, file Small Claims Affidavit, Summons, and Civil Cover Sheet with a Clerk of Circuit Court. The clerk may provide you with the forms or you can find it for download online.
At the time of filing you will have to pay a filing fee (subject to change).
