Comment: He would only work for Time and Materials. We gave him our budget of $140k for the complete job. A year into the job, he dismantled our house and was unable to give us any idea of how much more we would need to spend to finish the house. He was unable to give ball park figure for electrical, insulation or sheet rock, just keep coming over and working, very slowly. We finally told him to stop coming over. He left us in a home with no insulation or sheetrock, only woodstove for heat during winter. Most of the money we spent, was on his wage.
