Comment: Tony Flores had to be called back to fix leaks after he said the sink, disposal were fine. He also shirted out the breaker (unknown at the time) due to not having an electrical tester. He stated it worked to spark the wires to see if they were hot. I had to pay an electrician to straighten out the mess as there was an unlabeled breaker in our box. I asked Tonybto refund the dishwasher install fee ($75) since due to him I had to pay an electrician to cover his unprofessional meathod of finding out if a wire was hot. He stormed out after being paid saying he would not refund or cover electrician expenses due to his error. I should have stopped payment on the check. Any recourse for me to complain to the state of Washington? Thanks for your input.
