Review #1:

Overall experience: Bad
How much were you charged? $94 - 1st time - abandoned the 2nd time
Was the charge fair? Not fair
Comment: my toilets in my ( 2 bedroom home) started clogging up, I tried cleaning them but couln't get them cleaned ,I phoned Thrifty Plumbing, they sent a guy out, he looked it over and cleaned one toilet with his commercial hand held snake and it seemed to work, cost $94.
About 20 days later the problem returns only worst. Now the toilets can't be used. I phoned Thrify Plumbing back and out comes the same guy.
He inspects everything and says the drain needs to be cleaned to the main. He couldn't locate the drain pipe outside my home and determined there was none ( I had never seen one either).
" gotta go through a pipe on the roof " he says -go ahead I said,
" can't thats a 2 man job, but removing one of the toilets and going through their is a one man job ".
Go ahead I said.
" can't do it, our insurance doesn't cover that kind of work anymore ".
Well needless to say I was shocked and stunned - " what am I supposed to do ? Who does this type of cleaning ? " I asked.
" well there is a few guys but I can't recommend anyone, I can't help ya " then he gets in his truck and drives off.
Abandoned and left in an unhealthy situation and no solutuon, great feeling. I was shocked !!!!!!!!!!
I phoned their office and asked to speak to the owner , their secretary says " The owners not in, the plummer phoned in and said he couldn't do the job at your place because he had to dig holes in your yard and his snake ins't long enough,I will get ahold of the owner and tell him"
The owner nor anyone from Thrifty Plumbing ever phoned me back, nice huh ?
I did get another company, they found the drain pipe which was buried under a few inches of dirt ( had been since I bought the home) cleaned it to the main, cost me $175. Excellent job and some really nice guys.
Hows this for getting screwed over ? Maybe because I am a Senior Citizen in poor health had something to do with it, but all in all this should not happend to anyone ever - spread the word my friend -

My best to U and I am happy U have this site up.
