Job description: Shut Off Valve Replacement

Was the charge fair? Fair
Comment: They were late an hour and then call me that the plumber should be there any minute. An hour later they call and tell me that the plumber is on his way and should be here in 30 minutes. An hour later, they call and tell me that a driver had been waiting for 45 minutes and could not find the place. Obviously, they cannot keep the appointment and worst of all do nothing to improve their problem and think by lying about it they can solve it. I am disappointed to wait and wait for a phone call and instead notice they are being untruth. This is three hours of our Saturday morning wasted and it is all thanks to Roto-Rooter Service.
