Comment: Mr. Cline agreed to install elongated toilet and pedestal sink and unclog kitchen sink drain. He installed a round toilet with used toilet seat and could not unclog the sink because he "didn't have the right snake." Mr. Cline never returned to fix his errors and refuses to provide a statement of parts and labor. WORST CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE EVER.
