Was the charge fair? unfair
Comment: This contractor provided his license to a lawn maintenance worker and made an attempt to scam money that he and the contractor were not equipped to complete. He threatened to place a lien on my property for work he did not do even though a license inspector provided a report of the failed inspection and a 2nd general contractor was hired to do the work. Be careful of this contractor!
