Comment: I Hired Mr. Ralph to put in a new boiler and some other maintenance on one of my properties I gave him a deposit of 1500$ he said was for materials so against my better judgement I gave him the deposit instead of getting the materials my self! He did complete the smaller things I employed him to do and I thought he was as a good worker then he gave me some story on how he needed money for his kid and such so I paid him the remaining balance on job 1000$, then he stopped showing when he said he would be there to work I would call several times a day before he would get back to me and I would get more stories of why he didn't not show up he showed one more time after that and I believe he was intoxicated on something then he stopped answering my calls all together I did some research on mr. Ralph Desimone and I discovered he is not a licensed plumber and pipe fitter as he led me to believe he is just a con artist please be wary of having him do any work on your house.
