How much were you charged? $12,300
Was the charge fair? fair
Contracted with contractor to have deck built. Payed contracter 10,500 to date and only 3/4 of deck is complete. Contracter has not showed up to complete nor contact me. Last work was done on May 14th. Last contact from contracter ( via e-mail ) was May 22. No show, no call since.

Mr. Jerry was contracted to renovate the house, for the past year and he is not done. He kept blaming the town on delaying inspections, then he would take random breaks in the job. He promised the job would be done by a certain time and now is asking for payment before the work is done. He is always missing and/or on vacation. Overall we have had a bad experience with him. The job is not completed and I have contacted the town to complain.
