Job description: Mr. Wallace the Contractor had contracted to excavate the top art of my yard in order to pave and lay 16x16 pavers and remove all debris.
Overall experience: bad
How much were you charged? $3,500.00
Was the charge fair? fair
Comment: I did receive a contract. I gave him a cashiers check for $2,500.00. That was in July. He dug a ditch 2 feet by five feet. five feet. That was done in August. This is now November and nothing else has been done. I have called him several times and he stated he hurt his ankle and then his foot. I spoke to him in October and he gave me a date of October 20th as a start and have the job completed around the first of the month and again nothing was done. I have left him several message and he has not returned my phone calls.
