How much were you charged? $46,900
Was the charge fair? unfair
Comment: He charged us $40,000 as well as asked for other checks in the amount of $2,700, $2,400 and $1,800 for work in between what he had written in the contract. After we refused to give him more money, he left without finishing the job.

HE will promise you good work and will take your money and leave your job unfinished! do not hire!
