Job description: Install shower,vanity,replace subfloor,install flooring,paint
Overall experience: bad
How much were you charged? $5000
Was the charge fair? unfair
Comment: Their estimate was $3000. The toilet drain was not installed properly. Urine collected underneath. The shower was not level,was leaking. The drain was not flush. The whole job was a fiasco. With the help of our children we are trying to fix it. As far as the floor,structural damage. We had to brace the floor from underneath with 2 x 4s. One of the workmen said he didn't feel well & asked to sleep in the house with the air conditioning. We're rural. They wanted to camp here. We have 40 acres but didn't see the problem. Hindsight is not kind.
