Job description: Shower leaking through to ceiling beneath

Comment: I don't know how many characters I can fit in here, but I have had a lawyer send a letter to the business, contacted the Illinois Attorney General, filed a report with the BBB, contacted several consumer helplines (these were in no particular order, by the way), and he HAS DONE NOTHINT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I had to hire another plumber to fix the original problem.
