Job description: New kitchen new flooring bath & hallway

Comment: Started 7-2019, the vinyl plank flooring is coming up in kitchen, bathroom, & hallway. Flooring was never leveled so we have a hump in entryways. Paint in kitchen & hallway flows over to ceiling. Flooring was never leveled so we have a hump in kitchen and bathroom entryways. Crown molding has nail holes in it. He will not come back and fix the flooring.
