Was the charge fair? unfair
Comment:Mr. Miller's contract originally stated that the scope of work would cost $7508 which was work only. We were purchasing all supplies. However, he overcharged us for and upon receipt of the last installment, he took the money but did not complete the work. We took him to small claims courts and were awarded a $4000 settlement. He refuses to pay. He has dodged the marshall's offices repeated attempts to obtain payment. He is now four months behind and the interest in accruing.
