Comment: We signed the contract with the contractor (Amer Alshrardeh) in June 2016 and the contractor started work only after July 4th weekend (without notice of delay). Unfortunately, the contract does not have the end date of the work, but orally the complete work was expected to be completed in max 60 days where we gave 90 days. We are already in end of December 2016 and the house is still not yet in movable condition. The work is not even 50% done. Contractor kept asking for money and is already given, but for such a big project, the contractor (and his people) would show up very rarely. Also taking frequent longer breaks e.g. no one will show up for weeks without notice. Also, the contractor has not been keeping us informed on anything, not picking up our calls. This is really frustrating as the contractor is neither showing up nor completing the work and not responding to our texts, phone calls etc.
