How much were you charged? $16,000
Was the charge fair? no
Comment: over-charged, big time. 3 friends paid $5,000 to $7,000 for same thing. plumber rep said this was new technology and that's why it cost so much. I saw ads stating this has been done since at least as far back as 2013.
