Comment: Considering how contractor left site price was way to high. Contractor was negligent leaving holes and trenches open for possible injury's, contractor did not use ANY reinforcements under driveway, no evidence of material reinforcements as he stated would be used,left site a holy mess, did not provide the four men he asseverated 3 different times, Ray Estes uses scienter to obtain your signature, then abjuring when reminded of his agreements. Ray Estes uses Figueroa Concrete as to dodge the issue or a responsibility. They will do NOTHING as they are just a sub or run interference for Ray Estes. He is a used car salesman of Construction. The BBB gave him a A+ rating, one he does definitely not live up to. He is the typical Independent Contractor, Cheater and liar. Seniors are his target group. We intend to inform HUD and the Bank he used for this Government program of his actions. We absolutely do not recommend either of these contractors. After they left we found our sidewalk broken and he states the concrete company paid for the sidewalk(less than a year old)but Ray Estes has not fixed or paid the city for the damage.
