Customer Review #1:

Job description: Plumbing--Utility--Irrigation
Overall experience: Bad
How much were you charged? $750.00
Was the charge fair? unfair
Comment: My sprinkler system is damaged in the front yard and has a leak where the plumber installed a new valve. Replacing the valve was in the fixed price quote and yet he denies replacing a valve in the front. I saw him on the ground replacing the valve...he continues to deny he did anything and obviously his work is NOT guaranteed although his web site says his work is guaranteed. He refuses to come and fix the problem he created without charging me for fixing what he broke. The system in the front was working before he touched it. The problems with the front were that some of the bushes were not getting watered. He said the tubes were probably clogged and I needed to switch out the sprayers/drippers. He was supposed to do this....that is what he was paid to do. He was so anxious to leave the job, I had to be out there "helping" him replace the drippers because he would not do it. Drippers are still not working, the valve box is full of water so I cannot use the front sprinklers and have to water by hand. $750 dollars later, my system still does not work properly. In trying to rectify this with Enrique over the phone, he told me my entire system was not worth a shit and it was the worse job he had ever seen done. He also told me he was going to report my "system" to someone at the City because of the backflow issues. I have no idea what he was talking about because I am not the expert...he is supposed to be. The distress this has caused me is overwhelming to me and totally unprofessional on his part. As a woman and a senior citizen, I have been taken advantage of by a young punk who does not really guarantee his work as stated on his website. He left me in my home an emotional wreck not knowing who to turn to for help. He is a bully and I have never felt like such a victim in my life!! Please help me to get my system working again. Since he is bonded, I would like to request a different plumber repair my system as Red Mountain LLC is NOT a reputable or reliable business. His NM Contractor Lic# is 385239. Thank you for your help.

Customer Review #2:

tumbs up

Job description: Main line repipe/ Fixing another plumbers mess
Overall experience: Good
How much were you charged? $2800.00
Was the charge fair? no
Comment: I have no idea what the customer above is talking about. Seems like these days you can't make EVERYONE happy. My name is Ken. My wife (Tina)called out Davis to check a leak. They cut the concrete and it took them 3 days to locate a completely deteriorated galv. water line. They charged us $800.00 and told us that to REALLY take care of the issue we would have to replace the entire line. They theneeded quoted that job at $4600.00 for about 50 ft of water line! Our friends and neighbors here in Paradise Hills had used Red Mountain for an emergency leak they had. So they recommended we call them for a second opinion. Ricky came out and assessed the line. He pointed out issues with the repiar the last ding bats had done and recommended we splice a section instead of use the repiar coupling that was still leaking that the last guys put in. Long story short, Red Mountain did an awesome job. They even replaced my wives plants that were in the way of the tractor while excavating. 5 STARS.
