How much were you charged? 4000
Was the charge fair? unfair
Comment: They did not secure the newly installed piping or filtration system. They used the existing hose spigot to connect to the house water and installed another spigot which bypassed the tanks but was not strapped down. When I used to spigot it knocked over the unsecured tanks and destroyed the system. Since they came out to repair but refuse to even discuss resolving my complaint or repairing the system without another 4000 payment.
