Job description: Kitchen sink leaking and toilet no flush

Comment: We got a quote to replace the pipes under the sink and take out garbage disposal for $250 and to change the flowmaster in toilet for $75. I thought that was a good price. After Andy the plumber at Peter's Plumbling completed the work, he changed it to $350 for the sink. He first quoted $250, then changed it to $250 - $350. The overcharge was paid and they leave. Two days later, we notice a drip the bathroom faucet. There were pliers marks on the faucet and a filter screen that was intentionally removed from it was left on the counter. No other way to say it. The same filter we fixed the drip with ourselves. Lessons learned: Get a quote first in writing before only work is done, watch what they are doing at all times.
