Comment: The exclusive agreement with The Paris Collection Customs at 3715 Stonewall Tell Rd. Atlanta, GA 30349-1361 was breached due to non-performance.
The Paris Collection Customs, among other things, was to complete renovation of my basement bar, counter and repair the damages to the walls and floor which he failed to comply with his obligations after receiving the majority of the payment that he used to open a restaurant.
The Paris Collection has officially been reported to the Better Business Bureau, Georgia Department of Law Consumer Affairs, Georgia?s Contractors Licensing Board and Commission, Associated General Contractors of Georgia, Inc. as well as legal action against him for accepting payment and not finishing the work according to statutory requirements of the Georgia?s Right to Repair Act.
I urge everyone to not hire this contractor for any work!
