Comment: Wow! This guy! I have opened Pandora’s Box! He was so hard to get to actually do the job after he got money and then he didn’t put weed barrier down and it looks horrible. But I’m the least of it literally. I have found 8 others that have lost upwards of $200,000.00 combined total. He needs stopped! Still has a license.
