Comment: In February 2021, I had this plumbing company come out to unstop a clogged shower drain. They ended up flooding my home and not unclogging the drain. I was displaced for 4 months while I worked with my insurance company to repair the three rooms of my home that were destroyed due to the flooding. When I arrived home in July, I contacted the plumber to come finish what they started and unclog mg shower so that we were able to bathe. He put it off for two weeks, then gave me a time and day that he would arrive to unclog the drain, and all four times was a no show/no call. This went on for nearly a month, so I finally hired another plumber to do the job for me because we couldn’t live without being able to bathe, as this is mg only bathroom. It’s been two weeks since the last time I’ve heard from McKinzie Plumbing and they never apologized, attempted to fix the issue or offered a refund for never completing the service that I paid for. It’s very bad business practice.
