Was the charge fair? unfair
Comment: Initially, MCH did excellent work on the patio. However, they were not able to complete the gas fire pit setup in a timely manner (over 13 months) and despite offering to refund us the money we spent on the gas setup, the company has become unresponsive. We do not dispute the entire charge, only the extra money we spent on the gas setup, which amounts to $1760.
