Comment: sign contract on February 28.2017. For modular home on my foundation. Modular was put on foundation June 20.2017 it was supposed to 12 to 16 weeks. which was to be done on September 20.2017. He didn't finished the upstairs. He was paid in full hasn't return text or phone call in 2 months and hasn't finished the work.
