How much were you charged? $24890
Was the charge fair? unfair
Comment: $10000 were payed up front. The agreement was of a $6k deposit. But as time went by he kept asking for more money when there was no progress in the project. We terminated the contract early due to a poorly executed job. Jose D. Urbina did not use the appropriate tools and material to construct the wall. We have pics to prove it. Refused to reimburse for the foundation wall that was not properly constructed. Had other contractors asses the wall. All contractors said the foundation wall had to be torn down and rebuilt. Jose D Urbina admitted that the wall was poorly constructed but since he had already spent the funds he would not reimburse that part of the expense. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with KDB REMODELING & HANDYMAN SERVICES. Beware he also operates under the name URBINA'S PAINTING & DRYWALL.
