Comment: Good morning Ms. Young:
I apologize for the late reply. I have several questions about the service your company provided at 652 Woodbury Road, Apt. B in Jackson on December 15, 2015. How are services charged, i.e. by the hour or job? Are they guaranteed? If so, for what length of time? Regarding invoice line items: what does ?reset the toilet? mean in reference to a water seal? What parts were purchased for a Hundred Dollar ($100)? I have two (2) invoices for December 29, 2015, i.e.,which invoice is correct for payment?
Recall, the second visit was in follow up to the initial job; therefore, a service charge should not have been included, only labor for discovery of service problem. I am not sure why the toilet had to be sealed; it was my understanding and request to have line snaked which requires an insertion of an instrument into the toilet. Also, as mentioned in our conversation, that I was not informed and/or called when the assessment was greater than my initial service request. It has always been my experience that a representative would contact you to inform of assessment and receive approval to proceed. It was shocking to receive the invoices totaling appropriate Eight Hundred Dollars ($800) for a job believed to be substantially lower. My initial contact/inquiry stemmed from the city of Jackson?s worker suggesting that the snake procedure be completed between the two (2) houses, after having performed a complementary procedure which eliminated/cleaned waste on the main property and city side.
