How much were you charged? $1400.00
Was the charge fair? unfair
Comment: ended up,after contracters bank had glitches with money transfer,giving cash.we have a 600sq ft cabin,and not even a full wall was completed,nor did contracter follow instructions regarding working with plumbersto get lines installed,and thats what he then.used as an excuse for never showing up..even claiming he got run over by a golfcart at one point.then emailing,disclosing he was sending part of the money back.once it was discovered Joe Keul wasnt licensed by the state,we fired him..but he didnt even have decency to return the keys,and we swapped locks out due to his dishonesty.
---"On 10/27/2016,The work of which was done,was inspected by licensed officials.It was then discovered that the work,itself,was defined as "10yr old-child quality",along with two full pieces of drywall smashed into pieces,and approxiamately 6 pcs unaccounted for out of 52pcs total.The little drywall that was poorly hung--isnt enough to account for the missing pieces."--
