Job description: Fix faucet
Overall experience: bad
How much were you charged? $235.00. $100 for labor, $135 for new faucet.
Was the charge fair? unfair
Comment: Plumber called to fix kitchen faucet which would not stay put when moved from side to side. He sold me a new faucet as said problem with that. When he left, I found water purifier unit not moving though never had problem before. I emailed the problem, "Jack" called back very rude. Said I was lying. Sent another man over who looked and said nothing wrong with purifier, though it would not move. I had also asked that my bathroom sinks be cleaned out, just to ream out hair and gunk. He said they didn't do that even though it is listed #1 in their ad. Very bad experience and don't know if I was over charged or not.
