Was the charge fair? fair
Comment: We contracted with Karen Dever at Inter Sign Systems to manufacture and install a replacement wall sign to replace one damaged in a storm. The order was issued in early July. It's now over 4 1/2 months later and the job is not complete. Karen will not return calls or emails.
