Comment: Our contractor misled local code enforcement to pass inspections, lied to third party inspectors to receive funds from our insurance claim by not disclosing the accurate scope of work, refused to supply an itemized bill after numerous requests, violated the Pennsylvania Home Owners Consumer Protect Act multiple times and upon termination of contract refused to refund the unused funds (of over $90,000). In addition, a licensed plumber was not used to do repair work on the bathroom and as a result did damage which will require additional repair costs. This is just the iceberg of the issues we have had, but ultimately even the things listed above are grounds enough to file complaints.
