Was the charge fair? unfair
Comment: We hired AJ to fix our front porch. We agreed it would be a total of $900.00 with $600.00 up front. We paid the $600.00 and he came and took off our fence and posts that were holding the roof over the front porch. Weeks later he came to finish the job but had measured incorrectly the posts were no longer holding up the roof. He then said we will need to pay for him to do the same work over again and finish the work for an additional $600.00. We now have to start all over again and pay for his mistake. When we tried talking to him to get the work done he started harassing us and sending text after text after we told him we wanted everything over email or phone call. His harassment has not stopped even though we have asked repeatedly to stop harassing us.
