Job description: rodding reline pipe, repair broken pipeline

How much were you charged? $2409
Was the charge fair? unfair
Comment: refused or delayed itemized proposal until job done did not provide itemized recipet immediately afer recieveing payments cash/ and credit didnt state clearly parts not included charged for unauthorized camera work left and came back several times lied about agreed upon verbal cost of jobs i.e says $175 then later says im mistaken its $250 promised to email provide proposal of each needed repair each time i requested
