How much were you charged? $1200.00
Was the charge fair? no
Comment: I contracted with them to put in a gate on my side yard. 3 business days after agreeing to the $2,400.00 gate installation and paying 1/2 upfront, I had to cancel the job. They refused to give me my deposit back. They kept all $1,200.00 of it. I understand charging a cancellation fee but they kept all $1,200.00. How can a company do that?
