Comment: The plumber abandoned the project after being paid for the rough plumbing inspection. We were able to hire a new reputable plumber that since then notified us that only 4 out of 12 units were connected. The lines running from the main are were run just far enough out of sight and capped so that when they were pressurized it looked as if they were connected and passed the pressure test. The lines from the units were just hanging to the floor under the Crawlspace unattached. I have since then paid another plumber over $10,000 and counting to correct the problems.
