Overall experience: bad
How much were you charged? $13,000.00 deposit
Was the charge fair? no
Comment: Hired them to install an inground pool, the pool guy quit, so I didn't feel comfortable using them to build a pool without their pool expert. We requested our refund and they still haven't returned my deposit of over $13,000.00 after several months of asking!! Shane Gilchrist, the owner, advised me it will be a few weeks...then , now "it's going to take awhile."
