Job description: stop the noise from the ac, increase the air flow on the bedrooms upstairs, so they can get cool

Comment: I want a Mitsubishi multi zone ductless split, because my ac is sitting on the roof, on top of my bedroom. I had 2 units working fine, Gibson air promise me that if I change the 2 units, the noise will be gone and my bedrooms will be cool. So I said ok change it. Now I still have the noise and the bedrooms do not cool. I am very mad, I feel this was a rip off.
