Job description: replace leaking bleeder caps on baseboard heat

Comment: Company sends 2 techs. Job only requires one person. They did not have the part on the truck. They charged me the hourly rate to go to the store and get the part which costs 50 cents each. I needed two caps. Their rates are $135 for 1st hour, $110 for additional hour. No one mentioned the additional cost to go to the store. I've had this job done 3 times before, it has never cost more than $85. I believe I am being overcharged. The going rate in my area is $100 for the 1st hour; rates vary for the 2nd hour; most charge $85-100.
