Comment: I feel Freedom Construction has way overcharged me. I have a single dwelling home. Mesures 23 squares. They charged me $672 per square. I have talked to other contractors they charge $385 per SQ. Invoice says
Stip roof
Install new underlayment
Install new boots
Install new vents
Install new drip edge
install new 30 year shingles
Subcontractors Made a mess, bent drip edge, hole in The siding, shingles not cut straight, soft and low spot in The roof, messed up my air conditioner. took 2 months to get someone out to fix problems. I have called Misti Rial owner Freedom Construction so many times to get answers on the billing and invoice. She had her assistant Shelly call me all she would say Is they don't give out price info. After 2 months the Subcontractor came and fixed the problems Saul Loya told me Misti Rial told him not to come back and fix the where his crew messed up the roof. I would like for Misti Rial to tell me why they charged me so much for my single dwelling home. 23 squares. The roof that should have cost me $8,855 I am 74 years old. I feel they have way overcharged me. Please help me
