Comment: Fabio Andrade said he is a csl holder. He has from the start mismanaged delivery of lumber and dumpsters and contractor parking and there way to turn around and exit without going on to neighbors property or damaging neighbors property. in fact Andrade is seldom on the site location when these deliveries are being made. Andrade acts as if this is not his responsibility however I would not have complained if he had been considerate and used his property correctly.
