Comment: Dr. Lee’s Home Repair workers do shoddy work and he did not stand behind his work once there was and remains an issue. He took advantage of an elderly disabled woman. This company was hired to replace a roof back in July 2017. In October 2017 the roof began to leak. The sheetrock came tumbling down in the home. This never happened with the old roof that was nearly 20 years old. We contacted Mr. Lee to come to the home to access the damage and make the repairs. The expected my mother (70 year- old disabled woman on a fixed income) to pay an additional $2,000 to fix the issue 3 months after he had just replaced the roof. I contacted another contractor who whose bid came in much less then what Mr. Lee wanted to charge. Mr. Hahn with good conscious said he couldn’t see why the first contractor would not come out and fix the roof. He took pictures of the roof and showed me what a terrible job the initial contracted did (Dr. Lee’ s Home Repair) and advised me to pursue legal channels if he would not fix this issue because he predicted she will have additional problems with this roof. Due to the fact my mother had to have surgery in mid-October we paid the 2nd contractor to fix the issue and he informed us we would have additional issues based on how poorly that section as completed. Fast forward to March 2018 another area of the roof is leaking. I contacted Mr. Lee he told me he would be in touch to come out to the home. I waited two (2) weeks called him again and he didn’t pick up the phone. A few minutes later he calls back and hears my voice and hangs up. He has no intentions on repairing the roof that he was paid well to replace..
