Comment: Hiring DQ to do the remodeling on a property in Anderson. He pulled the permit but never followed the rules as this property sits on a historical district. He installed wrong size windows and material which didn't get approved by the city. Everything about his job was half done. Whether its framing, drywall, flooring, paiting, windows, kitchen, or bathroom. Ripped off stuff but didn't get fixed. He did not care to cover when paiting so painted over stove, flooring and everything on the way. When moving the fridge downstairs to throw it (without my permission) broke 7 stair wooden panels as they dragged, bounced on each step. Forget about making it better he has no regards for others property. He would damage it rather than fixing it. Always blamed on his workers not showing up, city not complying etc. I paid him what he asked because he is in army reserve and I trusted him. He kept saying he would finish by next week and when I go check everything looked almost same as last week. Nothing was done.
