How much were you charged? $3,000
Was the charge fair? unfair
Comment: I hired DeSantis & Son, LLC to take out a fiber glass tub and replace it with a tiled shower. I also had them tile the bathroom floor. The shower never worked (3 contractors came in and gave me bids to get it working and were surprised at the poor quality of the installation. A plumber had to come and redo the shower drain before they could even start tearing out the shower bed and redoing it so that it works. DeSantis & son, LLc also put wall tile on the bathroom floor (thinner and slicker - not ideal for bathroom floor). It is costing me $4800 to get my bathroom working and DeSantis & Son said I will have to take them to civil court to try to recoup any of the money (paid them in full) I paid them. I DeSantis & son the opportunity to fix their mess, but they were unable to.
