Comment: This contractor did work on my property without obtaining any permits or inspections for building, electrical, HVAC or plumbing, and the work he did was not to code. He also did not complete work that he was paid for, approximate of 13K. Estimates for fixing his work are coming in at around 30K, not to mention the rest of the rehab. He has not contacted us after repeated attempts, and it is clear he has no intention to make this right.
