How much were you charged? $300,000.00

Comment: Not quite sure where to start: 1)Came to find out after work was completed that the general contractor in this case, Robert Allen, had NO previous experience with the builder he had contracted to do the work on our house. 2)We were charged multiple extras($$$) for electrical work only to find out from the electrician that he received no "extra" money--did I hear someone say "fraud"? 3)Our CAC system was not completed because the CAC contractor had not been paid the balance he was due so when it was 90 degrees in May we had no CAC-(FYI-at this point Robert Allen was owed only $3600.00 by us) 4)Our heating system had to be completely overhauled from a 2 zone system to a 5 zone system(by a different contractor) because the "builder" had our radiant heat on the same system with the baseboard heating-that re-do cost us an additional $20,000(he offered to repair the radiant heat, I waited until November-didn't happen. 4) One roof section was not flashed--leaking. 5) Upstairs shower leaking through the ceiling into the living room. 6)Installed a deck and did it when it was too cold so the decking is cracked and split. And the list goes on...
