Comment: This builder builds home and doesnt care about the product that they finish with. My family’s home was built and they didn’t follow blue prints. When confronted of mistakes they would just threaten us with “just leave your contract we will sell it for a higher price.” Once our house was complete the mistakes that were made were brought up to the attention of the superintendent of the neighborhood. His response is always I’ll look into it. My family was supposed to have a fully sodded yard per our signed contract. After house was built they stated they would only cover 30’ from back of the house. We purchased to have the rest of the yard sodded and still sit here with 3/4 of the yard sodded. The past two months we were promised sod when the house next door receives sod. Today we were told that commonwealth designs will not finish the yard after next door was finished receiving sod. The company still hasn’t finished work promised around the house. Wrong doors were installed and this was brought up in hopes they would fix the doors with no luck. Contractors came into the house and property and didn’t care if they destroyed our home. Sod company destroyed our yard. Kids can’t run through yard without tripping due to tire marks throughout the yard. We just want to know that they care for the people that buy 370k dollar homes from them. We want to see the work completed that they promised (verbal and contractual agreements).
