Comment: Took downpayment didn't do any work. Has done this to 8 people in 8 months l nebraska attorney general office does not care. All 8 disabled or elderly. He has no registration or insurance but shows he does Kearney Lexington Gothenburg cozad miller Amherst we have to sell our home. I. Disabled and can't afford to fix bathroom that doesn't work. I'm homebound.m
