Was the charge fair? unfair
Comment: Mr. Carver's men did bot complete the work. They walked off the job. Had to get someone else to finish the work. He is very fair in price. Mr. Carver should be accountable for what it is costing me to pay for his unfinished work. I am a recently widowe.d and a senior citizen. My late husband was a veteran.I personally feel that I was scammed. The work was not done properly and was told it was shoddy workmanship.
