Comment: I paid for materials on March 16, 2018. He was to start the roof the following week - Wednesday of that week at the latest. He still has not shown up to do anything with the roof. I contacted the company he said he ordered the materials from and was told he did not pay for the materials. I have paid him $4350 down and have received nothing. My roof is leaking so now I am buying the materials he ordered and having someone else put the roof on. This company cashed my check within hours of getting it and has done nothing on my job. The only money they spent was $600 deposit on 3 special order skylights. He has never contacted me. Every time I contact him he comes up with a different story and says he'll be starting the next day or two. It has been 7 weeks and he has not done one thing. He continually changes his story and comes up with excuse as to why he has not shown up.
